About Begin Again Counseling

At Begin Again Counseling, we hold space for the grief, trauma, and deep emotional impact that pregnancy loss and motherhood can carry. Rooted in Rhode Island, we offer holistic, compassionate care to support you as you process, heal, and begin again, on your terms.

In addition to individual therapy and support for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, we offer healing spaces through workshops that explore identity, boundaries, and reconnecting with your voice.

We walk alongside you through the many layers of loss and healing, honoring your story and supporting you in finding your way home to self.
