At Begin Again Counseling, we offer a personalized, culturally sensitive approach to healing, centering your unique goals and lived experience. Using evidence-based modalities like CBT, attachment theory, Mindfulness and trauma-informed care, we support individuals and couples through postpartum depression, grief, pregnancy loss, maternal mental health, and more. Our mission is to provide a safe, empowering space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped to begin again—on your own terms.

Intake Assessments - $200
Individual Therapy - $150 per session (50 mins)
Couples Therapy - $175 per session (50 mins)
Professional Services
Supervision & Consultation - $150-200
(60-90 mins)
Supervision and consultation is provided for other mental health professionals such as social workers looking to get further licensure or other clinicians looking for guidance and feedback with professional concerns such as challenging client cases. The purpose of supervision is to further strengthen clinicians expertise and practice through collaborative goal setting and supportive feedback.
Cancellation Policy: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your appointment or have not given at least a 24 hour notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please inform me as soon as possible.
